Ever wonder what to do when you start your day bright and early and know you have a long day ahead, yet want the face to look perfect and flawless even after 13+ hours of running around at work or doing shows, whatever it may be here's MY little secret and some tips on getting the result!
For all makeup lovers, if you don't already be sure to start; After you apply regular moisturizing lotion as part of your daily routine and before adding all those face makeup products.
Be sure to add on a complexion/face primer either clear or your skin tone color, available at Sephora or any reputed makeup brand store.
What I like to use before I put on translucent powder, compact or foundation for that Airbrush effect in pictures and in person is URBAN DECAY's PRIMER COMPLEXION POTION $31 in value available at URBAN DECAY boutiques in Macy's or at Sephora stores. Apply it with any foundation brush, I typically like to use MAC brushes they are great!
After application of a small yet decent amount on the face you can continue with your other products and finally to "SET" your makeup so you are NOT dripping with sweat even if you are running errands, doing a photoshoot or a show later in the day or better yet even if it's scorching heat during the summer time.... SPRAY 2-3 sprays on the face with MAKEUP FOREVER's mist spray available at Sephora stores or online for an $8 value. A perfect touch for that long lasting airbrush look, guaranteed to last you all day~!
